Past Member, Mike Tuck would
like to invite Members to a free get-together on Sunday morning, 14th December
for a SPECIAL XMAS MEETING of the HANTS & DORSET STICKMAKERS self-help
group.
His letter is copied below.

Hi Woodcarvers, Stickmakers and friends.
This is a reminder about our Xmas meeting this year, on Sunday morning 14th
December, doors open at 10-00am for a 10-30 start, in the Annexe at the St.
Leonards & St. Ives village hall.
We join together to celebrate Xmas with something a little different; we
normally have a speaker and bring food for a Xmas buffet.
This year we are having Stewart Linford,
a prestigious furniture maker who has won the Queen's Award to Industry and who
has featured in many TV programmes.
He will be giving us the remarkable story of our National chair: The Windsor.
Stewart is also an official Winston
Churchill look-alike and is quite an entertaining character.
Our group would like to boost the numbers for this event, so if you or anyone
you know would like to come, it's free entry other than just bring a plate of
food for our Xmas buffet. Why not bring your partner or a friend?
